About Me

Hi, I’m Emma — a running coach, personal trainer, and mum who found running later in life and never looked back. I know how powerful running can be for women navigating midlife, confidence shifts, hormones, and busy lives.I discovered running at 37 after having my second child. What started as a challenge to complete Couch to 5K became a passion that changed my life. Running became my space to breathe, grow, and feel strong again. Running showed me I was stronger than I ever imagined, both mentally and physically, and gave me the confidence to tackle new challenges. From local trails to mountain summits and ultra distances, I've learned that we're capable of so much more than we think. Now, as a coach, my goal is to help others discover that strength, believe in themselves, and achieve things they never thought possible.

Being part of a community and being able to attend the in person meet ups, take part in the monthly zoom calls will be key to getting the most out of the course.
The investment is £200 plus the race entry. This is equivalent to about £1.20 per day investment in yourself! If this feels a bit too much financially, then Into Ultra can help with funding for the course and race entry. Why choose the ‘Stronger together’ programme?
Strength in numbers and the support of a community with a shared goal is priceless. Here’s what others have said on last years course:
